  1. Individuals must be at least 120 centimeters tall, and those under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  2. It is not advisable to soak in hot springs on an empty stomach, when intoxicated, or within one hour after a meal to avoid excessive energy consumption, which contradicts the principles of health preservation.
  3. After insufficient sleep, excessive fatigue, long-distance travel, or intense exercise, do not enter the pool abruptly. Rest for a while until your energy is restored before soaking.
  4. Those with acute symptoms such as fever should not soak.
  5. Individuals with skin diseases should avoid entering the pool.
  6. Bathing is not suitable for those with external injuries or inflammation to prevent aggravating the wound.
  7. Individuals with acute eczema, suppurating wounds, or acute arthritis should not soak in hot springs.
  8. Avoid excessive eating and drinking after bathing.
  9. Pregnant or menstruating women should not soak. Consult a physician if you have any special circumstances.
